      All Of Our Soaps are handcrafted which makes our company very high in demand. Due to COVID19 our shipping policy has changed. Due to COVID-19 orders may take longer than usual to receive due to USPS experiencing high order volumes. All orders will be shipped within 7-16 Business days.

      Thank you for shopping with NatousHerbs LLC. All orders will receive a tracking number via email PLEASE (check spam or junk mail just in case). We are not responsible for any fees required by customs for any reason. Shipping is calculated by weight and distance This indicates if your order weighs over 1 pound / going a far distance it will automatically prompt you to pay priority shipping.  We ship via USPS and UPS for domestic & international shipping. Please select DHL for international shipping if your outside of the US, UK, and Canada. If you are interested in our products and unsure if your package is

      Returned Packages
      If your package has been returned to us for any reason/ Incorrect Address you will receive an email from our company regarding your package, a $13 reshipment fee will be applied.

      Return Policy:
      Due to the unique nature of this business and related matters of hygiene and public safety, we cannot allow any items to be returned /REFUNDED.

      NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
      All products after use. All products were opened. All products without original packing.

      Note: All non-returnable items will be sent back to the order shipping address upon
      receipt by return team and no refund or exchange will be processed.
      All orders placed are final sale. We do not process any returns/exchanges.
      There are no refunds or cancellations once the order has been processed and
      fulfilled. Should you have any issues with your order, anything missing from
      your order or incorrect product, please contact customer service via email.
      Preorder Terms & Conditions
      PRE-ORDER ITEMS ARE STOCKS WHICH ARE NOT YET MADE AND
      THEREFORE, HAVE TO WAIT AROUND 3 TO 4 WEEKS , EVEN A MONTH
      DUE TO HIGH VOLUME OF ORDERS  TO RECEIVE THE ITEMS.
      BEFORE ORDERING, PLEASE READ THE RULES BELOW:
      1. Pre orders require payment to be made at checkout. 
      2. Please note that due to the nature of our beneficial handmade pre-order items, we will
      not be accepting cancellations.
      3.  We will ship orders the moment they are available. Sometimes the ordered items will
      arrive earlier than 4 weeks due to several factors such as products being available beforetime .
      4. Please do not order if you are unable to wait. 
      5. If you happen to combine in-stock and pre-ordered items, ALL items will be shipped
      all out at once when all pre-ordered items are available.
      6. Once you place an order with us, it means that you are willing to accept these terms & conditions.

      If your package has been confirmed by our courier UPS or USPS delivered
      and you did not receive any goods please contact us ASAP via email natousherbshelp@gmail.com 

      Once we file a claim with our courier , UPS or USPS will investigate to ensure it was not accidentally scanned into wrong mailbox . If you decide to file a claim through Paypal your tracking number is
      automatically uploaded in our system which will notify Paypal that your order was shipped/verify that your package was delivered. The only time that we will issue a store credit is when tracking confirms that the package was lost DURING TRANSIT / Open while in transit and not for any packages that states DELIVERED in mailbox/porch/reception etc. If your package is returned to sender due to an insufficient address or any reason at all, you will also be issued a store credit.
